NH CAMPTON — Campton Planning Board approves five-lot subdivision on Beech Hill Road with unanimous backing. The board approved the Scerra family's proposal following consultation with the Fire Chief and Road Agent Bruce Rogers regarding water supply and driveway infrastructure. Neighbors Jason and Kacey Samson raised concerns that approval could set a precedent for further development, while Charles Baldor questioned whether the existing aquifer could support five new lots given water pressure issues at his property.

Applicant David Scerra clarified that the development would feature single-family dwellings compatible with the existing neighborhood, with each lot having independent drilled wells.
