Planning Board approves duplex, hears inn rebuild proposal

NH CAMPTON — Planning Board approves duplex plan for site review. The board determined that Surveyor Steve Tower's preliminary duplex concept on Owl Street meets Resort Residential Zone density requirements and authorized it to advance to site plan review. Christian Murray received design feedback on his proposal to rebuild the historic Armont Inn, with site plan review and special exceptions required.
Applicant Corey Smith was advised to obtain a property survey and variance before proceeding with his subdivision proposal on Route 3. The board finalized zoning amendments review with no changes and scheduled the public hearing to continue January 13.
