NH CAMPTON — Campton Planning Board schedules two applications for September hearing. The Board accepted an application from Green Acre Woodlands, Inc. for a 3.6-acre boundary line adjustment with neighbors Kathryn and Jay Sobetzer along Bog and Ryder Roads, resulting in the Sobetzer parcel containing 105.8 acres and Green Acre Woodlands containing 384.0 acres. The Board also accepted a subdivision application from Spencer Brook Forest LLC to create an 18.66-acre lot from a 628-acre parcel at 404 Eastern Corner Road.
Two other boundary-line proposals remain in conceptual review pending clarification and surveys.
