NH CAMPTON — Campton Planning Board conditionally approves triplex driveway, schedules subdivision hearing. The Planning Board voted unanimously on Christian Murray's revised Pond Road proposal, which includes two 12-foot-wide paved driveways with drainage ditches and gravel shoulders serving proposed triplexes. The conditional approval requires detailed specifications for the lot 6 driveway and Fire Chief sign-off; board chair Stuart Pitts had previously consulted with the Fire Chief regarding turnarounds and driveway width for emergency access.
The board also unanimously accepted Sue Fallon's subdivision application for just over five acres on Bougeron Road, scheduling a July 7 public hearing that may waive percolation testing requirements.
