Planning Board approves Fallon subdivision

NH CAMPTON — Campton Planning Board approves Fallon subdivision at 50 Orchard Street. Mario Focareto, appearing on behalf of applicant Susan Fallon, presented the proposal to unmerge a previously consolidated lot in a continuation from the June 1 meeting. Chair Stuart Pitts confirmed the property road is private.
The board convened a public hearing and voted unanimously to approve the subdivision. Sandy Starr of 21 Quimby Road participated via Zoom during the public comment period. The board requested that lot size calculations be added to the mylar plan before final sign-off.
