Planning Board unanimously approves prior-meeting amendments

NH CAMPTON — Campton Planning Board votes unanimously to approve amendments to prior meeting minutes. Chair Stuart Pitts brought forward the amendments, which addressed Fire Chief concerns about adequate turnarounds. In related business, the board reviewed zoning clarifications regarding a roof sign at 23 Vitner Road Unit B for a Pizza Pub location within Exit 28 Pizza; while revised zoning ordinances no longer permit roof signs, the existing sign would be grandfathered under regulations preventing changes in size, though a sign permit will be required.
Chair Pitts noted that zoning and subdivision regulations approved by the board in 2025 and 2026 remain unpublished on the town's website and ordinance documents.
