Planning Board approves six zoning amendments

NH CAMPTON — Campton Planning Board approves zoning amendments, continues ADU review. Chair Stuart Pitts and members Ted Davis, Tim Scanlon, and Cynthia Vascak, with Ex-Officio member Sherrill Howard attending remotely, unanimously approved six proposed zoning amendment warrant articles during a public hearing that drew no public comment. Applicants Caitlyn and David Cummings workshopped an accessory dwelling unit proposal for guest housing and a home-based office for Dr.
Cummings' homeopathic medicine practice; the board approved continuation pending a more detailed site plan.
