Planning Board conditionally approves Focareto subdivision and lot line adjustment

NH CAMPTON — Planning Board approves conditional subdivision and lot line adjustments. The board unanimously approved a two-lot subdivision and lot line adjustment for Veronica Baard and Edward Peters, contingent on state subdivision approval. The plan was presented by Mario Focareto during a public hearing from 6:06 to 6:15 p.m.
The board also unanimously approved a separate lot line adjustment for Corey Smith, which required no public hearing. In preliminary business, Christian Murray appeared via Zoom to discuss creating triplexes on his Pond Road properties; the board directed him to complete a required lot line adjustment and return April 7.
