Campton Conservation Commission approves camp scholarships

NH CAMPTON — Campton Conservation Commission approves $1,200 scholarship for Barry Conservation Camp and advances Japanese Knotweed invasive species management reaching neighboring communities. Staff continue pursuing state approval on work orders while the commission attracts interest from the Presidential Range Lakes Aquatic Center and Woodstock Conservation Commission for similar management strategies. The commission planned a guided Winter Walk on March 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. led by member Stephen Kotowski.
